You have the size of the indent. It's 20 minus the 4 and 5, leaving the "gap" number, 11.

And how wide is it?
Why would you just assume it's square? None of the other parts you've broken it down into are square.

If, for some reason, you assume they've included a square, it would be equally as likely that the cutout area is a square so the 8 on your diagram could be an 11.
