What TV shows are you currently watching

I need a good series to get into that's actually going to grip my attention. Any recommendations?

That said I completely forgot that Liar season 2 was starting last night on BBC 1

Edit: just realised Liar is actually on ITV

There is a multitude of great TV around at the moment, more than any other time I can really remember. Rather than just throwing random suggestions your way, what do you really like and conversely, what to do you hate?

Good point lol. It can be mixed really. I like the documentaries on Netflix like making a murderer etc, enjoyed the Witcher, Virgin River, (I even watched love is blind recently :D) the stranger was brilliant

I tried once to get into Breaking Bad but just couldn't. I used to watch Riverdale but that's just got silly now. I have a few series on my watch list that I need to catch up with but find they just get a bit slow and boring. I need something to keep my attention and make me want to watch the next episode straight away

Sneaky Pete would probably be the top of my list if you've not seen it.

It's gripping and different enough to be interesting, rather than every episode following the same general routine as is often the case.

Away with work for the next 3 weeks, so have started Mr Robot, 4 episodes in.

Rami Malek is excellent, but i'm not sure if any of this is real atm! Especially Christian Slater - is he a dead dad delusion? There is a scene in a bar where CS already has a drink, but they arrive together and RM still has to order. When the barman arrives, he doesn't acknowledge or converse with CS despite him yelling about something - very much like Sixth Sense.

It all seems too fantastical atm to be true and could be a by product of his drug induced/troubled mind - hence the therapy.

Anyway, please do not answer, just tell me if i should stick with it and is S4 the final season? :D

I think it was episode 2 that I stopped at

Power through season 1, it's a slog, doesn't feel like much but the next 4 seasons that follow are some of the best TV of the last decade. One of those rare shows that improved each season. I was convinced it had peaked in season 4, nothing could be better, then season 5 rolled around and I was so totally and pleasantly surprised.

Ah ok, I'll give it another go :)

Loving Better Call Saul Season 5, enjoying Picard, really enjoying the martial arts "Bruce Lee" inspired show Warrior.

Started AP Bio the other day on Now TV, it's got Dennis from It's Always Sunny in it. Really enjoying it, very funny and reminds me of Community in a lot of ways.

Think it's also time to do Westworld seasons 1 and 2 again in time for season 3.
