10 Upcoming New Sci-Fi TV Shows To Be Excited About

That looks like a load of total tosh. Nothing there which looks like it might be good quality or well made.

I mean seriously, another Walking Dead programme? Have they not milked that tired old show for all it's got already?
 
It popped up on my phone earlier.

I was going to copy each title but it is lot of work to move forward each page to copy title lol.
(EDIT I did the above, Win 10 new Clipboard does it Auto).

I knew about The Walking Dead spin off which was about to air round about now but now postponed due to C-19 (I made a thread for shows postponed due to C-19 BTW). ;)

I also knew about the Arrow Spin off.

I'm sick of seeing super hero movies/series in the science fiction category.

They are their own genre or fantasy at best.

when you ask someone to name the best scifi movies of the last 2 decades. surely people arent thinking batman, superman, wonder woman


This list reminds of the top 10 scifi series lists on youtube.

expanse won't be on the list but things like arrow, superman the series etc will be

they are made purely to get rage comments, I assume comments on a video is worth more than a thumbs up on the youtube algorithm

walking dead scifi? thought it was post-apocalyptic drama
 
Yeah, superhero stuff is firmly in the fantasy category, rather than sci-fi.

The 100 had some good sci-fi wrapped in some shonky teen/young adult nonsense (and I loved it), so am up for a spin off of that

That don't sound good already, not even started Discovery or picard :(

Maybe the mandalorian, Westworld S03 and tales from the loop not done those either yet.

Maybe it's a sign of future budget restricting scifi tv series to come with more drama than actual sci-fi I hope not !

Or, you know, maybe it's just down to a **** poor article on a **** website written by a **** poor 'journalist' that has little knowledge of what sci-fi actually is.
 
The big one is missed....

"Player of games" got to be a trailers dropping soon. Everything else looks tosh baring the expanse.

Do you mean consider phlebus? Or are they doing player of games too??

And yeah, that list is dire :( And not actually any sci-fi on it. Superhero tosh is not sci-fi.
 
A Snowpiercer series? There was barely enough story for the film. Ed Harris and John Hurt must have really needed the money to be part of that turd-fest.
