That's a really poorly written headline
"PLA Navy is controlling coronavirus" makes it sound like they are controlling it as a weapon or something.
Rather than, they have it under control to the extent it hasn't affected their naval crews

The sad thing is that he will still be re-elected. He's managed to do what the Tories did over with Brexit; create a toxic black and white atmosphere where you're either team A, or team B and to hell with things like facts and consequences.

That is the assessed contributions and doesn't include voluntary contributions....
Voluntary contributions are much higher.
