Canvas bag morons at self-service tills

Well that saves you touching something that 100's of other people also touch, during a global pandemic where we are told to wash our hands constantly.

I put on gloves before I enter the building and throw them away afterwards. I have medical masks as well as I have access to good friend who is a nurse who has provided me with some good PPE. I use antibac alcohol gel and carry around a pot too.

they might be if people werent adjusting their mask every 5 seconds and taking them on and off

I've been fortunate, when I've been out discipline seems to be pretty good apart from over 50s who seem in a lot of cases unable to remember to actually use the mask to cover they face and have it proped below their chin or only cover their mouth with it.

I do this. Stuff bag with shopping, empty bag on checkout thingy, then place bag on scale and fill it up again as I scan all my stuff.

Small shops only though, when it's too small for a trolley and I cba with a basket.

I do it too, I'm going to do it more often now I know it makes others seethe with impotent rage :D

It's not a difficult concept

Put shopping in basket/trolley, then put in bag at checkout, I'm not surprised though that there are people who struggle which such a simple idea

Please, will somebody explain the issue!? I take my canvas bag, fill it, empty it whilst ringing through the till, then refill it. What, is, the problem?
i'm with you on this one.....so folk are moaning because someone has used their own bag instead of a basket?! time difference to empty a basket over a bag being measurable in seconds???
weird what triggers some.

Never seen this but can't say the situation in the op would annoy me that much really.

one of my buddies pointed out that tills in super markets should be split into male and female
Thought about it and its a great idea, the blokes Q's will always move faster , no messing about with hand bags vouchers etc
