What car would you restore?

'57 Eldorado Seville. And if money was no object then I'd have the steering wheel moved to the correct side and see about modernising everything under the skin.

An air cooled 911, SC or earlier. Always been iconic for me.

I’d love to find an old Fiat 500 as well, but even in Italy they’re tough to find for restoration purposes.

I think an FD RX7 is pretty high on my list of stuff.

Or a Mk1 or Mk2 transit van

I have a classic Mini in the garage now which is awaiting restoration and i'm really struggling with any motivation to do it as dealing with rust is just terrible and no fun at all.

'57 Bel Air.

BMW E9.

Hakosuka.

AE86.

R30 Skyline.

My E30. :p

My Primera. :p

I am looking at C3 Corvettes at the moment, on the look out for a 1982 specifically for the composite leaf springs and other updates the end of life C3 had made to it.

Is that you saying you would like to restore a C3 Corvette given the chance? Or you finding an excuse to brag about buying yet another car - this time a ready built classic Corvette? ;) :p

Well the Honda I got a good example but am still restoring it, full bush refresh and some OEM+ mods.

The M5 I am slowing doing what needs to be done.

Yes I am open to a C3 that needs some work, as long as the frame and bird cage is not rotted I am happy with something that needs work and ideally looking for a 1980 or 1982 model, either buy cheap and sort it along with a full respray or find a really clean example, but am gonna think it over some more first as if pricing is stable no rush, but if a 10k car today will be 15k next year then it makes sense to leap now but not done enough research on the values, just is a car I've always liked.
