NVIDIA ‘Ampere’ 8nm Graphics Cards

3070 for me looking at that price vs performance, it'll be a good step up from my current 1070. I still think there's enough folks who'll sell a kidney or five for the 3090 though, such a thiccccc-boi.

Hang on a second. He said faster than the 2080Ti. In what? he didn't say what. So RT? whoopee do.

Look, just be careful OK? he never showed anything to back up his claims, and he didn't even clarify his claims.

$1499, so basically £1499. I’m chuffed with that, was expecting £1999.

When can we preorder?

3090 = $1499

Wonder how much extra for the 3080 with extra VRam.

So what's that, like £1,100, plus 20% VAT and we're probably looking at price parity to cover currency fluctuations. Best case scenario around £1,399?

Seems like their marketing department realised that 'Titan' discouraged gamers, so by rebranding Titans as 'GeForce' they can appeal to people (like me) being idiots.

2080tI for £500 or less? You tell me? ;)
Happy! And the 3080 for 699 is actually pretty reasonable too.

But, there was lots of "relative performance" RTX on etc. And that one chart with "averaged across some games". I really want to see some proper benchmarks and see what they can really do

I think that the 3070 is what is going to bring the fight to the table, that much power at a price point accessible to a monstrous percentage of the market

I would assume that is a bigger nightmare for AMD than a crazy fast card

Twice the performance, same cost as Turing. That's pretty huge from nVidia and it ruins the 2080ti's residuals.....i wonder why they'd make such a move. heh.

Also, damn nVidia for giving us greedy customers what we wanted. or something...

Twice the price in what metric... RTX and DLSS on I'll bet.

Won't be 2x at non RTX games

They are going to sell absolutely loads of 3080's.

Personally I'm all in on a 3090 once I see a nice quiet model released.

One game is coming out that uses RT between now and the end of the year. No real performance has been shown at all.
