So if I want PCI-E gen 4 I'm moving to Ryzen?

Probably 4-6 months. They need to wait for AMD stuff to roll out before they decide the final specs.

I will likely still go for the 3070, as the 3080 only has 2gb extra RAM and if 8GB aint gona be enough, 10 probably won't either. Had it been 12GB I recon I would have paid the extra. But lets see the reviews first.3070 $500

He says 3070 is faster than 2080Ti but showed no proof, not bad overall prices could've been way worse.
