NVIDIA ‘Ampere’ 8nm Graphics Cards

Have you seen how many 2080tis are going for about 500-600 quid on eBay. These people have made a historic loss in money ever on a gpu. If I had a 2080ti I would not sell it but cry in the corner, but then I would probably sell as these people must have serious BANK!

How does it burn?? I really don't understand. I used my card to render projects faster with renderer's that leverage the GPU. Quicker turnaround = I get more projects in. It paid for itself fairly quick. I'll keep my 2080ti and GIVE it to a friend.

Everything devalues after X amount if time. It's life.. my note 10 is worth half the price now... Not even been 2 years!

Depends on your use case of course. I'll get a 3090 for my work station and a 3070 for my TV mini ITX gaming pc.

Work cases won’t count especially if it’s a work tool. Makes you money, saves you time.
I am just perplexed as to why the 2080 ti was so bleeding expensive. Artificial pricing.

That reason for delay to reviews is such horse ****.

Let me guess, they've had feedback from reviews as per the NDA before publication and they don't like the numbers, and they may want some data excluded.
Or they found fuckup with drivers and they need fixing ??

I think the people buying up the 2080tis for 500 or less are getting a great deal since with a power mod these will match the 3080 and have 1gb more VRAM all for like £200 less.

Wow, when you say it like that then suddenly all so simple... I'm off to buy a 2080 Ti and mod it to 320w to get myself a 3080 asap!

Less grunt, less memory bandwidth, a lot less RT and DLSS performance, in most cases less warranty, not brand new, no free game, no free software, no HDMI 2.1, need to faff about modding, won’t get as much optimisation on new games from drivers, not new and shiny...

I probably missed some. But surely the above is worth £200 extra? People paid a lot more to go 2080 over a 2070. Lol. Yeah, I would not call a second hand 2080Ti at £449 a bargain, £349, then yes.

They dont care :D

Oh look another video that says reviewers will get the best yields, I suppose he's full of **** too is he lol, Some people just don't understand how it works, I'm no expert but it's not rocket science to work out what's going on and what has been for years.

LOL I sold my 1080ti FE for £350. I'd be so sad selling a 2080ti for that.
