It may be good for you and others but it's terrible here. I never get a delivery window, the App is useless and more often than not they don't even deliver on the day they are supposed to. On top of that we have to pay premium prices for a 2-3 day delivery. I would call that awful service. Hermes on the other hand is brilliant here and the nice couple that do the deliveries go out of their way to ensure items get delivered properly.
 
One reason I'm glad I no longer need to work full time. Haven't got work until 6pm so can watch the reviews from the comfort of my sofa. :cool:
