The Galax version is the same thing. Just regional branding. They do exist. Just not in the UK at the moment lol.

Would be good to get an official word on due dates, as if they have been ordered from the supplier they would have got an ETA surely.
 
Just saw that apparently there are a ton of US cancellations, I am someone from the USA who has ordered on OCUKs for the pre order functionality so I don't have to try to snipe all day, and when one's available I get one. Tbf the shipping is fast for being international and I paid no more than I would have paid here in the USA. The TUF OC costed me 630 pounds everything included, I would recommend OCUKs to US buyers, I don't know why someone who is currently living within the USA would cancel but hey, keep cancelling, I'll stay in queue, and I will get my card.

Also said the 3080 total orders are a few thousand less than said here, so maybe 6-7k at most not 10-12k. Said the Asus, Gigabyte Eagle and MSI cards are most popular - queues overall are approx 1700 Asus, 1300 GB Eagle and 1700 MSI right now... :o
Palit/Zotac seem best atm getting stock to them. Today had approx 38 Zotac cards, 41 Palit (38 normals, only 3 oc models) and getting fairly daily deliveries.
Think he also mentioned getting 300+ MSI cards soon as well? Not sure if I misheard that, but pretty sure what's what he said.

Nice one. I ordered the Palit purely on the basis that when I ordered it on Saturday and was closest to RRP bar the Gigabyte one.

That should be fine. I too have a 9700K @5GHZ with a 2080RTX with 64GB of ram (3080 on order) I Fly MSFS in 4k and have her dialed in now where i am mostly at high settings with the FPS locked @ 30fps i have no issues at all. Can happily fly around New York airports in the Airbus and she is pretty solid at 30fps with the odd frame drop every so often. If i unlock the 30fps frame rate i can take-off and land at LAX with around 30-35 fps in the airbus and once up in the air she sits around 45 fps. The 3080 is perfect for 4k gaming and even though some are only getting an extra 5-10fps in MSFS that is all you need to make a huge differnece in the sim.
