Just browsing r/Nvidia, not sure how many of you have seen this but a U.K. retailer was questioned about raising prices and this was the response. https://www.reddit.com/r/nvidia/com...urce=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf
Not sure if posting links is allowed, moderators please remove if not. But just thought it put it into perspective how good (website issues aside) OCUK have been considering. I haven’t received my card yet and this is my first order with OC but the level of communication I’ve had here on the forum has made me a customer for sure!

Still working for them? or own money going towards it?

my own money we .mainly did visuals for live events, not a lot of them about as you can imagine, so i'm trying to pivot to something with a bit more application in this **** new world. smaller commissions that i can handle on my own (with a decent bit of consumer grade horsepower)

Information on any card's availability is going to be as scarce as the cards for the next few weeks if not months. Their upcoming queue information thing might help a bit, but really ... there's no point asking every other post, they can't possibly keep up with these questions they don't have answers to just yet.

late to the party but I'm looking to upgrade my 980 to a 3080. Is there any point in me pre-ordering one now? (I want the TUF oc) or should I just wait for stock to normalise in a few months?

Also had a good laugh looking at my old overclockers receipt for my 980. Bought it 2 months after launch for £450, delivered next day. How times have changed :(

That's absolute rubbish.

So what happened to the queue figures being emailed out tonight?

Wasn't officially confirmed to be happening so you shouldn't get your hopes up.

According to someone who called up OCUK they were processing more cancellations before sending them out so its more accurate, but we don't know if they had truly finished the system and it was ready for operation or they ran into an issue last moment and are going to fix it later.

This.

Here’s hoping for tomorrow....

The only thing different in that email response was that he offered to put that person on a pre order list without taking any money but he went straight to reddit instead even though every single retailer is hiking prices because as the email says very little stock came into the UK so they can charge what they want
Edit I'm not saying the gouging is cool or that customer rep should be comparing prices to ebay. The whole thing is a mess for eveeyone

Guys could anyone please tell me around when could I see GIGABYTE GEFORCE RTX 3080 GAMING OC 10GB GDDR6X PCI-EXPRESS GRAPHICS Card when I pre ordered it on the 19th and if Im going to see it?
