It's harder than you think to starting mobilising information like that.

Something, ANYTHING, is better than nothing my friend. From an outside perspective it just looks like OC are taking money hand over fist for preorders and staying silent without giving people any real meaningful updates on stock.

Even if OC came out tomorrow and said "Look, we have no idea when stock is coming in, that's the truth, we have been in contact with vendors and it could be anywhere between now and next year, we really have no idea" then at the very least people will know what to prepare for, it just seems like they won't say that because it will obviously stop people preordering when they don't have any real hope to hold on to.

The truth is, once someone has preordered and stock refills remain in limbo and the small chance remains that they may still get one this year, people stay hopeful and keep their orders locked in which means OC have money in their bank through little more than the fear people have of not getting one before christmas.

Doesn't feel right to me.

So I'm like somewhere in the 600s in the queue for the MSI Gaming 3080, couldn't get the order through until 15:29 after waiting from 14:00 to get through but the site kept dying. Hoping I get that at some point in October but my hope keeps dying every day. Just wanted to ask, for my system, I currently have a Ryzen 5 3600x on an x570 mb with a 5700xt and I have Corsair RM750x PSU (750W), is that PSU going to be enough to handle the 3080 in my system, or do I need to upgrade it before it arrives? I can't find a definitive answer.
Thanks in advance.

I'd also say you should be fine. PSU requirements are usually very generous to be on the safe side. Unless you're overclocking CPU & GPU it's unlikely you'll ever get near full load I think, and even then, worst case you are looking at a crash rather than anything more dramatic (as far as I know).

This situation seems new but is not moving to other products, eBay is the same with the series X, inflated prices, drawings of it as well.

At least in the UK it's possible. I managed to some how get a FE order in during the chaos last Thursday and Nvidia UK/digital river delivered it the next day at about 10am. Wasn't even expecting it since the dispatch email only arrived about 3 hours before it actually got delivered.

The tough part is actually getting an order for the FE though I suppose.
Did you use a bot?!

All you need to know is in this video.

Yes it is

I'm supposedly 39th in the Zotac queue and apparently 38 units came in yesterday so I'm pretty much salivating on myself. Knowing my luck it'll get delivered to Uzbekistan or broken/lost in transit.

I have a good laugh at the queue calculator and the people then posting wondering from which store should they cancel there order first. Or which card they should cancel first.

I'm 41 according to the queue, lets just hope a couple people ahead of us cancelled
