Has there been any indication of 3090 availability for tomorrow? Specifc models ?

Also , is there any milage in gift card purchase to enhance your chances of getting through payment ?

Sold my Zotac 1080 ti amp. Mint, best card I ever had, love zotac usually. Buyer had a problem with HDMI port and blackouts. I spoke him through it turns out he had some really long cable. HAPPY DAYS! miss the card really :( but not after my 3080 comes....

How? You can get refunded whenever you want and go elsewhere, you were preordering something...if you had the card you'd still be overdrawn, so your financial situation would be the same? Bit funny to tell people they're being self righteous when you're the one thinking you're owed something just because you put yourself overdrawn. Literally all but a handful of people in this thread are in the exact same situation as you, hoping we get our cards soon, working off the same information you are. Nvidia have screwed everyone - we all decided to roll the dice and almost all of us loss. Its not anyone elses responsibility to manage what additional complications have come from you pre-ordering an expensive item that was highly in demand

Non as the 2090 doesn’t exist :) I presume it will got the same as the 3080 but less orders. Too expensive.
 
Might end up buying abroad, a shop gave me 1st week of oct. availability for gainward. Times in uk are crazy, i have been told 30th nov for gigabyte eagle by different retailer.

Yeah totally agree, solid card that was flawless in the 3 years I had it!

I sold mine thinking I was done with PC gaming to then get a console and then regret it big time lol, I'm a pc gamer and always will be. Not my smartest move. Currently using a 5700XT while I wait for my 3080 and I wouldn't wish AMD on my worst enemy. If I could describe it in one word I'd say inconsistent. Even if big navi matches the 3080 I wouldn't buy one lol. It will be nice to get my Gsync back too!

are you thick? THEY cancelled the order, not me, THEY should have refunded the money but didn't. THEY said they would refund the money straight away. THEY said if I order another they would sort me out. But THEY DIDN'T.

so if they hadn't made the mistake and gave me duff info then I wouldn't have been overdrawn.

Im saying I'm owed the money that I have paid that they cancelled so please answer This. WHAT IS SELF RIGHTEOUS ABOUT SIMPLY WANTING MY MONEY BACK. if you are honest with your self (and I doubt you will be) you will see that I'm not being self righteous here for simply wanting my money back.

The fact I was over drawn is not really the issue. I'm getting paid tomorrow so will be fine.

Despite everything I've said why do you not see that it's OC that made the mistake? . Even they admitted it themselves!!

For a second I thought that might have been me, except the card I bought was the Zotac 1080Ti mini, not the amp, but I sent the seller a message saying I was over the moon with the card :)

He can do what he wants with his money/credit. Seems like he was willing to be charged a bit of interest in the short term to get a 3080 and he's not happy because he's paying/paid interest on nothing.

OC made a mistake, never disputed this.
You brought up that you were overdrawn, implying that this is OCs fault.

From my understanding, the only "extra allocation" that has ever been mentioned or that I personally expected is due to Overclocker's sway as a large retailer and long-time "Nvidia partner". Their status as an international retailer has zero impact on the number of stock they may be able to acquire because of this which is what your initial post sounded like you were worried about. They were never going to get more stock because they sell outside of the UK - only because they have built good relationships with partners over the years... that's my understanding anyway.

They said they made a mistake, sent you a refund, and will even give you your original queue position back. Stop acting like they ate your newborn.
