I wouldn't advise anyone to pre order an RTX30xx card at the moment. AMD is about to launch its new line up and there are claims its as good as Nvidias cards, how long the wait will be is anyones guess, but it might prove to be the better option. Then there's the launch of the RTX3070 comming which has been delayed to build up some stock, and it is possible if you ordered one of those cards, that you would receive it within 44 days, providing you place it soon after launch. Performance on this card is supposedly better than the RTX2080Ti, which might well be good enough for you?Hi all,
first time posting. Literally just scrambled the money together to buy a TUF (not oc) and got an email confirmation for the order.
Any idea when should i see my position in the queue?
Am i kidding myself hoping that I will have this card prior to cyberpunk 2077 release? (44 days).
Thanks
So I'm queue position 1283 in the non-OC Tuf queue. Do you think I would receive a card quicker if I switched at this point to the OC version as they are reportedly filling those orders first? I'd obviously be going to the back of the queue (sore subject I know) but it's theoretically a much smaller queue?

"Lot 1: output quantity 945"
Same here I'm queue POS 17. Hoping to get a shipment notification today.I'll be sure to mention if mine ships, I'm # 26.
No. But you will get a email with your exact position at end of the week. They are updating the queue email weekly so if you missed first email you'll get next one.that's a shame to hear, but thank you for the update. is there any way i can calculate my position (even unofficially)?
I gather for a few of the more flagrant examples, they had posted actual queue / order numbers in screenshots / description, and even had longstanding ebay accounts with the same name as an existing forum account here. Sort of exploitable, but enough things lined up.I don't mean to underestimate you, but how would they even find out which order number the ocuk corresponds to in order to cancel it? Of course, if there is such a magical technique I'm sure I don't need to remind you to not say it out because scalpers can use that info. to be even crappier human beings than usual.
Ha, yeah. On the plus side, we're now seeing shipments for other nearby places, and it looks like a full pallet is ~42 cards (based on that photo a few pages back). I sort of doubt that OC will get a full pallet from their distributor unless we're really lucky, but first few rounds of orders, maybe?Day 749829 of wondering about any information on the STRIX OC's (I'm sitting pretty at 36th in queue so I'm content with that for sure), just hope to see they get a nice batch of 40-50 and I get mine out of that, and that it's in a timeframe where I'll be alive to see it![]()
Oh, thanks!A new review for the Strix OC

Hey ROG Fam,
We are aware that RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 cards significantly exceeded demands, which can cause frustration for many who have been looking forward to our new cards.
So we'd like to show you some measures we've already taken to ensure that all the GPUs we're getting into the right hands as soon as possible: yours!
Delivery without detour![]()
All available GPUs will be assembled and tested on our cards asap (up to 144 hours). Afterwards, the finished cards are delivered directly from the factory to the UK. So some stopovers are eliminated and we save valuable time.
From real gamers...![]()
Our graphics cards are designed for PC gaming. We have no interest in them being used for anything other than gaming. We therefore only deliver our RTX 3080 and RTX 3090 cards to shops that we know sell directly to private customers.
... for real gamers![]()
We recommend the shops we work with to issue only one card per customer. In addition, trusted accounts are preferred.
What's next?
Due to the enormous demand, which even exceeded the highest expectations, we have to ask for a little patience.
We are constantly bringing in new stock as frequent as possible. Please ensure that you’ve signed up for notifications with your preferred retailer to place your order so you're not disappointed.
We hope you can all understand that we are doing everything in our power to get the new cards to you guys as soon as possible.
that's a shame to hear, but thank you for the update. is there any way i can calculate my position (even unofficially)?
Apart from a few being spotted in Italy and France there has been no new news. We was told 2 weeks ago 2-4 weeks if they do ship to the UK as the first batch went to asia instead. So maybe 2 weeks depending if they actually shipped OC the cards or longer if they sent them to asia. Think we was supposed to get an update about it but still radio silence!Currently number 26 in the queue for the KFA2 3080 SG. Thought I made a good decision on going for the lesser known brand but I haven't seen this card for sale anywhere else. Tried contacting KFA2 to see if any shipments had been made to the UK yet but no response. Just hoping I can get an update soon. Sold my current card so I could pay for the purchase and now relying on onboard graphics. Probably not the best decision. Has anyone heard anything about those cards yet?
This is best place for ASUS 3080 3090 updates. The ROG one just reposts few days old stuff. These are straight from ASUS Juan Jose Guerreuo bout all cards specifically and locations. They made specific threads for each card and place this gets info first He also made videos talking about them https://m.facebook.com/groups/ASUSPCDIY/Asus just posted an update on their 3080 and 3090 series cards. Dosnt really tell anything than what we already know. Though they say they are shipping direct to UK from Factory so should speed waiting times up.

All depends on what the numbers are for the OC queue. I don’t recommend it as you’ll probably be further behind and you’ll have to pay more. Absolutely no reports that they are prioritising the TUF OC. Just some people saying it on here for some reason.

It's the OC Strix they are prioritising over the non OC version, not the TUF, but some people have been assuming it for the TUF too, but there's been no indication of that.
