Lack of transparency should immediately ring alarm bells. It can mean any or all of the below:
- They may not want us to figure out how slowly they are allocating stock,
- or how little they have of it,
- or maybe they are using stock for their prebuilts,
- maybe they are prioritising corporate partners over regular customers,
- They are letting people queue jump
- They don't have the capabilities
- They just don't care
Otherwise we'd be able to track and question them more as people on here are quite organized (compiling queue lists and order dispatches) we would be able to tell that they are not dispatching as many cards as they are getting in.
"we got some cards in today. An OK number of 3090s went out this morning" - What does this mean for Christ's sake?! How long will I be waiting for?
Also, its pretty crappy business practices to take thousands of pre-orders when your actual stock is a few hundred at best.
They are embarrassed and rightfully so.
Plus their practices on these forums and on their social channels (posting memes that
mock customers, deleting and
locking threads, authoritarian rules against competitor talk) scream insecurity and are straight up machiavellian. Their house their rules, but I have never seen a company behave like this. Shame on
@Gibbo and team.
