@JamGeo Also do you mind if I post your gallery on Aorus' discord? A LOT of people are wondering what it looks like vertical mounted.

I'm in same boat, want to see screen but also kinda want it vertical. Wonder if I can make a small mirror to still show the screen while having it vertical...

Not sure if vapour chambers are effected by vertical mounting . Key thing over Gaming and Eagle cards is this is Vapour and heat pipe combo

It's a GPU based stress test, racks up huge frame rates. You'll see when you'll exit it, jumps into like 500fps and the card will scream. Any card does it normally .

Not sure if you've seen zotac /Asus or gigabyte factory videos but when testing cards, it's not that long and the factory is loud. Staff that are overseeing about 5 cards at once have ear defenders on.

Hopefully coil whine eases. Though sometimes PSU can be the cause when it was fine with another card. Happened when I had 980ti Strix from 660ti EVGA. Was AX850 Corsair but just didn't like the Strix card


Can also run the loop at 1440p to be sure as well

Also wondering, able to mount the GPU normally (seen others have done this in the dynamic case ) and see the temps ? Wondering if vapour chamber works better in default position

temp wise I’ve not been able to get mine to go above 63. It’s a bit cooler today and my glass panel is off but the benchmark at both resolutions never hit over 63. Forza benchmark was a lot lower temp wise too. I’ll try Kombustor to see if that raises it, but I’m impressed by it so far. I do notice in my case, the heat fins on the back of the GPU are blowing out hot air right into my exhaust fans, not sure if that’s helping but it wouldn’t be that efficient if it wasn’t vertical

heard Furmark is good, but after two hours your GPU might melt haha!

glad top see they changed the short coming of thee 1000/2000 fans. though its still annoying they have called it stacked fans when they are compounded fans (like a twin scroll supercharger - sounds more impressive)

Hey all,

The first shipment of AORUS Master should arrive into OCUK any time now in a small number, there will then be more regular shipments in two weeks time. The Xtreme will also start to arrive in two to three weeks time, these will start to arrive regularly a week to two weeks after the first shipment.

If shipments remain about 10 every two weeks, Anyone over the 100 mark is looking at a 20 week wait

So they didn't even offer any apology for screwing up when you should have had your card today?

The pins are fine, all straight and the connectors went in easy.

I've gone from 51 to 38. Very disappointed but not a lot I can do about it and there are people a lot worse off than me position wise. Just hope they start getting some decent sized shipments in soon.
