As you say it’s something to worries about but you are in much better possition than I am 500+ in queue a wasn’t worry that much whe I ordered 20/09 I expect waiting in the queue but I thought that queue. Will start moving but no one get even one from OC looks like

Yeah it’s such small amounts so I can understand that feeling.
The amounts they are receiving extremely low. Things will only get better and I’m hoping that’s sooner rather than later and some large batches start coming in to eat away at the order queues. This will happen but it’s all down to when it happens.

It doesn't take away from the fact that it's morally wrong and it seems OCUK tend to agree from what @EVH has said, plus it doesn't exactly look good for the store if scalpers are buying up all the cards and selling them at inflated prices.

eBay on the other hand state that you cannot list a pre-order or item that you cannot dispatch within 30 days of purchase (or to similar wording), as the scalpers have no idea when they are going to actually get their cards, then the listings are often removed if you report them.

The fact that you think it's acceptable says more than enough about your character though.

You don't know they won't get the card in 30 days though so what leg is there to stand on? All these people are doing is sourcing an in-demand product and re-selling it at a profit as the demand is there. It's simple business.
Now if they're using bots to get the cards then I would take issue, but if they've put the effort into getting through the ******** that was the 17th then as far as I'm concerned they've earned the right to sell their card if they see fit. I take issue with OCUK dictating what people can do with their own purchases, they have NO right whatsoever to do anyting about it.

And they'd be cancelling the order why exactly? Car dealers would be out of business if they weren't allowed to sell stock before they had it for example...

I would agree, unless they have written into their terms that no one can sell there cards in future as well!!!

While its morally wrong, I'm not sure OC are are currently in the best position to claim the high ground.

don't mind me, just logging onto a forum to see if there are any cryptic whispers dropped by staff members about when my seven hundred quid that i handed over is going to materialise into something that actually exists.
