If you look at competitors numbers of card they get each week they succesfully secure more and more cards every week where OC on the other hand gets just whatever is left it seems unfortunately
Or people could just be patient and order when in-stock. All this activity just keeps prices high.“We totally understand our customers’ point of view but at same time, it is upsetting to see anger vented at ourselves when we do not control the launch date or the manufacturing.”
but you could turn off the pre-order button on YOUR website until you have sufficient stock. You probably should also not have stated delivery the next day when we placed the order.
can we please have another update rather than reverting to radio silence?
I think they started stating it on their website (i think so, unless i missed it earlier), Week by week the numbers increase...this week is over 300 cards coming of various brands...I hear this and yet I see little evidence to support it, other than people looking at a catch all table and projecting their own feelings onto it. How do you know they secure more cards?
I'm 79 in queue for x3, pray there has been 29 cancellation since Friday but that is dreaming!!!
Well, the ideal scenario is seling only the card that are available...if they are not, simply don't take people's hard earned money. People who ordered and still wait for god knows how long still going to be racing anywhere to try and get ANY 3080 quicker really.
When it comes to Asus cards, OC are getting neither dribs nor drabs. The last drib was like 3 weeks ago.every UK supplier is getting them in dribs and drabs, numbers seem similiar across two or three competitors. Its not really OC fault they seem to have the biggest amount outstanding so i guess the longest queue if every supplier is getting the same amount. Seems around 120 MSI trio's per supplier have come in over the past two weeks. That only totals 480 odd cards. It does seem they all are expecting a largish shipments 28th/29th October... That may only be 100 for each supplier. The one thing that does annoy me is that the process of supplying these GPU's is they (The manufacturers) feel it fair to send equal amounts out but people have paid for their cards and one supplier could have 1500 orders and another supplier 200 orders. Obviously one is going to have surplus over the other at some point. Not a fair process for those loyal enough to sit in the preorder queue.
I did make preorder on 19th of September, so how could I know that?IT WAS SAID ON GOD DAMN 18th SEPTEMBER All of us ware told so by Gibbo.
Nothing will change till December.
Wait ya preordered 19th ?? Dont bother checking forums before 2021 thenI did make preorder on 19th of September, so how could I know that?
I've pre-ordered a Zotac OC from another supplier now in parallel with an Asus TUF non-OC from here. The Zotac is due end of November and I have a horrible feeling that's going to turn up first, but I really hope the ASUS does as I'd rather have that ultimately!
Im 74 ordered 30 oct roughlyany1 no the q for palit none oc how big.

Same here. I will compare after launch, but I have strong feeling it will be similar.I think I'm going to order an RDNA2 card at release (assuming price and performance is reasonable) and wait till one of the two ship... really want to be playing Cyberpunk 2077 at release...
