*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

My assumption. But you’re not ordering the same card are you, it’s a completely different one.
Well, an Asus 3080 and an MSI 3080 isn't the same card either, but that wasn't allowed. It maybe a case of 1 3000 series card per customer.
I'm sure 3070 stock will be better, but I'm sure it will be in a similar situation in a few days time.

Called the TUF Non OC lads getting shafted. Y'all didn't listen. Wish I'd pre-ordered at a competitor. Other competitors stopped pre-orders and are allowing people to switch to cards from other models/brands where there's overflow stock. Now that's what I call looking after your customers.

Yeah, the competitor is certainly making sensible decisions by not over selling. At least they can jump onto another queue that isn't too long and providing good customer service that is controllable! As long as OCUK doesn't allow queue jumping again....That would **** me off and kick off another riot!

i'm still sat with a r9 290x i'm sure its making the thermals on the motherboard higher lol

Poor 3950x sitting with this till i get my msi x trio, which in a queue position of 105 should be here soon or next month if large + small has been shipped to ocuk

Well, if anyone wants to cancel and jump on the 3070, Gibbo gave a good hint of what's in stock launch day, couple of 'palits of certain brand' haha!

Well looks like I'll be cancelling my preorder for the Asus tuff Non OC and I might as well cancel the waterblock too and wait for this situation to improve, what a shambles!!!

We are now in week 6 since launch and up to now only 600 cards have been shipped. It's actually worse though than those stats might at first sight convey, because the retail outlets had a few weeks to build up stocks pre launch. If Nvidia don't succeed in ramping up supply then the RTX3080 backlog won't be cleared by the time the next generation is ready for launch.

I cannot believe that this low level of production was intended by Nvidia, nor that the RTX20xx series sold in such low numbers either.

Ouch, thank god I always order the OC versions of cards. So the info I got 2 weeks ago I got banned for where my mate works in warehouse for a very popular high street electrical company was right. That everything they had listed to come this year was removed by ASUS for non OC cards. I was banned over a week ago for trying to let people know they are not coming this year at all. Originally on there systems it listed them as Discontinued. But recently I was told all there ASUS NON OC cards now have a due date of delivery 2021. It doesn't even give a month.

Glad I bought the OC version of Asus card. I'm in top 10. With OCUK that could still be 4 more weeks for me. Crazy.

Glad Gibbo came on and spoke to a few people. I missed out speaking to him and didn't get any info I wanted. But happy to see him communicating with others.

FYI that place I spoke of the high street store. My mate works at the main warehouse that get shipments from over seas and then his job is to split it up send to other smaller warehouses of stores that have large warehouse space on site.

The card he ordered was a Gigabyte the one with the screen in the side. Not sure which that is. But he said they have a, if I use Gibbo's terminology a "Dream" X2 shipment worth on 2nd of November and they should be going live 5th November. All models too. Also some are going into stores too but very small amount.

If it's the retailer im thinking of, they've had the 5/11 listed as the live date on a couple of cards for a while. Info adds up in that case.
