Their results seem all over the place. Guru3D have the 3070 getting absolutely hammered by the 2080 Ti in The Witcher 3 (and even beaten by the 2080 Super), yet TPU says they're neck and neck. Guru3D also have the 3070 smashing the 2080 Ti by a country mile in Shadow of the Tomb Raider, yet TPU has them basically neck and neck. I'd be more inclined to believe the closer results than the wild +/- 20% performance swings Guru3D is claiming. It looks way better than 2080Ti from what I've seen of the guru3d review bar the first vulkan game?

The 2080 ti is still a good buy, if you can pick one up cheap.
it would need to be cheaper than £450
