*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

When the FK are these inno3d cards coming in shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks to ship surely??

If they haven't been shipped by now then they aren't coming! Shouldn't take more than a week for a freight forwarder to get them out of the warehouse and onto a flight, and it was Gibbo sho said that one. The last promise was late last week early this, and on Monday they were still in HK, so if they haven't shipped by now chances are there's an issue and they aren't coming at all.

Not a link to a competitor.... just showing how brazen some scalpers can be... His amazon storefront name... :D

Gibbo: If someone were to pre-order the ASUS TUF 3080 (either OC or non-OC) right now, what's the approx queue this someone would face in front of him/her? Are we talking about thousands, a few hundreds, or a hundred?

Any chance this person would get the card in less than 2 months?

(I know this has probably been asked like a billion times, oh well)

Maybe ring them up mate and ask what the lowest queue is, think them tuffs were popular , like in the 1000s popular, also the OC version is prioritised over the non OC in manufacturing

Hi everyone,

my first post ever on the OC forums. I've been reading over the past week or two but thought i'd finally join the rest of you in the misery of trying to get the 3080. I was in the same boat, where the link didnt show up to buy now for the 3080 this afternoon, absolutely gutted considering I spent the day since noon refreshing and using the distill thing which didnt even work for me even though i have it specifically for the Nvidia cards, not the AIBS.

My question is, does anyone know what the queue is on OC for the Gigabyte Vision 3080 - the white one. Is it worth me pre ordering if then numbers are low?

I really want either the FE or the Vision card as I am going for an Arctic look for my build.

Thanks!!

I did the same yesterday, was told circa 120 orders

Zero Chance of getting it in 2 months! And why would you want an Asus anyway? The way they treat their customers is appalling.

I've been freed from the queue spirits by a competitor yesterday as I have secured a FE version of the card and expecting it tomorrow. I officially cancelled my order for EVGA Black Gaming (queue # 31) with OC. This has been one hell of a **** show. Seeing now how this is being handled by other sellers, I have some reservations towards OC and I doubt I'll be returning as a customer in the future. I'm sure it has been a tough test for them and after a horribly rocky release, they are all but trying to save face at this point.

I wish you all good luck, high frames and low temps. Stay safe.

Its getting beyond a joke now, I've had to buy a 2070 super to see me through until this 3080 arrives in 2024. Anyone wana buy a 2070 super after this is over hahaha.

Nah I thought there was light at the end of the tunnel but obviously the tunnel is longer than expected

It isn't all their fault and Nvidia has screwed up this release good style. Maybe some mitigation due to COVID, but they should have been realistic about what they could deliver.

But they should have only taken orders for the cards they were expecting to receive. The fact they are still taking orders without any details on the situation to inform people is a bit shocking.

thousands. It was thousands last month and not many have been shipped.

No chance i'm afraid. You're seriously best to try your luck elsewhere if you want something quickly.

That can't be true is zotac are still making them. Oh well if I don't have mine in November then il be going to team red. And certainly not through ocuk

It's just like ASUS with their non-OC cards Zotac are doing the exact same thing. Really let down by this. I'll be back of the Zotac OC queue.

This launch gets worse each week. If Gibbon told us this before I would have made the queue jump.

If this is what being cucked feels like I don't want anything to do with it.

Asus Tuf non oc cancelled.

Hopefully get my evga XC3 Ultra I ordered from a competitor tomorrow

If not I'm happy to wait a bit longer and order when stock levels normalise. Just happy to be free of this god-forsaken queue system

I'm lead to believe it's beyond Asus control. The GPU they are receiving from Nvidia are binned higher than non o.c spec. If they continued producing these non o.c GPU with higher binned chips it's a slap in the face for those that did pay more.
All of the heat the AIB and retailers have been getting is all Nvidia issue. They rushed it out the door to get the drop on Amd and now we are starting to see why. I was gonna drop my order but now I will wait it out and see the difference between the non o.c cards already shipped and what will eventually ship.
