AC, Sackboy and controller turned up about mid day.

Hope they perform the same on console release day!

Controller definitely feels more premium, was a pain getting it out of the box! lol.

Thought those symbols on the grips would be easier to make out but they are tiny! Cool though.

It's going to be a long week....
 
Anyone have a pre-order with Very?

Not really heard anything from them since order day.
I guess I should be good for next week as order status says: Your expected delivery date On or before Thursday 19th November. Then again it's been like that since ordering.

yeah it feels good but wait till you actually use it :D

I didn't fully belive the hype but my god, first thing you should do is play Astro, the hype is real and it didn't even take long to kick in. Start up Astrobot and within 5 seconds your mind will already be blown at the capabilities of the DualSense

Yeah I've ordered from very too, and mine says the exact same, I did get an email on the 15th October saying my item is still on track to be delivered on the 19th but thats it.

I'd guess we won't hear anything from them till they dispatch it next Wednesday.

I just noticed (I know late) that its not same release date worldwide.

UK seems a second class market for sony by this statement?

Why isn't the PS5 out in the UK?
There's no public reason why the PS5 is late in the UK.
But Sony hinted that it was prioritising other countries first in a statement.
"As we have just announced in our PS5 Showcase, we’re only a couple of months away from launching the next generation of play.
"Starting on November 12, PS5 will be available in seven key markets: the U.S., Japan, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea.
"The global rollout will continue on November 19 with launches throughout the rest of the world."

I did, I’ve had a few emails saying it’s on track. Not every week though although that might be an exaggeration. I’m confident I ordered early enough to get it on release.

Staggered releases have been the norm since the Playstation 1, it's not like it's suddenly different.
 
I received my order being packed for release date confirmation email from Game tonight. I pre-ordered mine in the second wave on the 29th Sept. Wasn't 100% sure I'd get one on launch day, but looks like I am :D ...if Yodal don't loose it that is :rolleyes:
