Inno3D Discussion Thread

I am interested to see what place I am now, given that there was 10 x3 3080's due. I cant believe its been over 2 months and we have only been informed on two occasions regarding when stock would be available. Lets not forget the first of those was completely incorrect. If we are not going to see anymore GPU's this year I think that should be announced so we can make a better decision on cancelling our order, rather than holding out on false hope.

I see that the water cooled Inno RTX3080 is in stock at OCUK ! remarkable they can produce and ship a niche product like this which has no outstanding orders, but not the ones people have actually paid for! It's £950 if anyone is silly enough, but it does show that they are shipping something, just nothing anyone really wants !

I been all over Inno3d facebook page, they are an absolute joke. ive ordered a card from elsewhere. holding my order to see how long it actually takes from purchase to delivery.

I've been within the top 10 for the 3080x3 and still have not received it, nor an update with a delivery date. The last update I've seen about this is still the post Gibbo saying just that, 10 cards due in 10 days. Well that takes it to tomorrow I think, and so going off what they said, I should expect my card by Wednesday. (I'm not holding my breath though).

Just had my thread regarding the lack of update today closed for replies without actually being given either an update OR a reason as to why they can not give us an update, seriously considering cancelling and taking my money elsewhere at this point

Well I will keep my fingers crossed for you! Let us know if the GPU gods smile upon you next week, and bless your PC with ampere frames. Amen

Im top 10 for the 3070, hopefully we both actually get our cards before 2025

Yo dudes,

Anyone got an update on 3070 x3 being shipped? I went from queue position 29 to 28 last night but Gibbo indicated on the 11th they were getting 25 which should have landed today.

So putting 2 and 2 together I should then be number 3 in queue after those were shipped?

Surely we can do something lads?
Any ideas
I don't know if we all emailed them. If that would help
Would appreciate some ideas, all working together

I know I'm repeating things at this point, but. The last update was on the 11th saying a delivery was expected in around 10 days. That should have taken it up to ~Sat 21st. It's now the 23rd and there is still no update or cards. I find it bad they say they'll have cards in 10 days then no update, no communication, no nothing. The least they could do is realise that they gave us the date of ~21st, and if the cards didn't turn up, the least they could have done was on Monday release an update saying that they have been delayed and are now expecting them on *insert date here*, or that they are not expecting them at all.

@CPS Worst company for customer correspondance. you dont get anything if you call either

I understand why you feel this. I ordered my card on launch day, and to have no update (or card) is infuriating. The wait isn't the worst bit, you're totally right, it's the lack of communication.

I know this has been said 100's of times in other threads, but I am still shocked at the business practice of OCUK in regards to the recent hardware releases. I get that it was a miscommunication regarding the first waves of the Inno3D GPU's, but OCUK did nothing to help resolve the issue. At least other competitors have offered alternatives if orders were taking longer than anticipated. The bad sentiment around OCUK is of their own doing in my opinion and they can blame manufacturers all they like but its painfully obvious they have just been greedy. Why were we (current pre-ordered inno3d customers) not offered to get the newly released water block versions of the Inno3D's? They went straight onto the site for people to buy and preorder when they received them.
