Weird usb disconnects with A50's

Recently whilst playing games all my usb devices will randomly disconnect (mouse keyboard etc) then reconnect but it only happens when using my Astro A50 (gen4) If i'm only using speakers for audio then it doesn't happen. when it does happen sometimes the peripherals wont work again until unplugged and plugged back in.

I've tried changing usb ports (i have a z490 Formula) but the problem still happens.

Any help would be appreciated

If you're using the rear I/O try a front port on the case, or vice versa?

Anything in the event viewer at the time of disconnection?

As soon as i'm near my pc i'll have a look. i don't have any front ports so i'll hook up a pci bracket and try those headders
