Glad to hear something! I’ll hold my breath a little longer. But I’ll have to give up my spot after 18th if no deal situation is true.

Sorry guys, I really can't answer everyone's individual questions. I'm not in work at the moment and when I am in the office my time is always in demand.

I'll do what I can to improve communication but please don't bombard Gibbo or myself with individual questions, we don't want you to feel wronged when we don't have the time or the information to respond.

Right now it's the MD and the customer service team who are processing these orders and as you can probably guess, since we are receiving about a thousand calls and a thousand webnotes every day, there aren't a lot of guys available to post on here.
We're not a one man company but we're not a giant multinational, all hands to the pumps generally means a couple of guys from one department helping another. Unfortunately, all departments are flat out right now. :(

Can we please keep @ScottiB ? Honestly loving the communication and sincerity. Genuinely, you've soothed a lot of angry souls on here and we all appreciated hearing you.
 
Seems strange Gibbo is only now putting in a purchase order for MSI arriving in UK this week, no wonder he has trouble getting stock.

I would assume anybody wanting some stock puts in orders weeks in advance.
 
Nothing weird about using a PO to schedule a delivery and payment for a batch being delivered under a wider and bigger purchase agreement...

Shouldn't of this been done weeks or even months in advance . If different competitors have the same distributer and has done this already then won't oc be getting scraps or none atall ?

Seems like they're not actually ordering from MSI and are instead ordering from a distributor. I really hope they're not ordering from MSI, there's a roughly 30 week backlog on electronics orders out of Asia right now.
