I have never noticed these files before and thought I best do a bit of research before I go deleting them:

10GB seems a bit excessive.

Should I be okay to delete?

Thanks,

I wouldn’t just delete them but would run Onyx and do the maintenance tasks. I believe one of those is cleaning the dyld caches.

I can't see that specific option for dyld caches.

I have run the maintenance tasks and they haven't changed.

Odd, I'd swear that I've seen Onyx saying it's deleting that cache.

You could try a reboot into safe mode, that generally clears caches.

Not sure 10Gb in caches would bother me really, it's a tiny percentage of the drive and it's a cache, it's there for a reason.

The safe mode boot didn't do anything to the caches. I won't delete them although it is a little annoying as space is a premium.

I know the thread's a couple of weeks old, but this forum is slow. I wonder if it's OS specific? Are you on Big Sur, OP? I have the option in Onyx on Catalina.

Here's a screeny of the options on Big Sur, looks like that option has been removed:
