Precisely. Stock of gaming is being received, stock of ventus isn't yet they're getting additional options...
157 Ventus 3080 have shipped since launch on the retail part. So they are shipping just in half the numbers of Gaming Trio.
Logic is used, people who ordered Ventus were clearly looking for a more budget-conscious version of the 3080 hence ordering a Ventus and not a Gaming Trio. As such as the Suprim is a high-end OC part and as we have far more back orders on Gaming Trio any upgrades to a Suprim will be for those who ordered Gaming Trio, though it's really not worth fussing over as it would be about 20 cards upgraded only as were not exactly rolling in any stock of 3080 they are that scarce.
How did you manage that? I got onto the page but then couldn't find any way to actually add it to my basket!
I clicked the discord alert within about 2 seconds, and I lucked out the captcha in about 3 seconds as it was an easy one (zebra crossing) and hit add to basket... they have a proper basket system so as long as you get it in there you're golden
Ah thanks, I think I must've been too slow - had to sprint up stairs to my laptop when I heard the notification. Guess I'll keep trying!

I appreciate finally getting some information however.
You cannot be serious, they cannot make them. Also if we do cancel the order which I've been waiting months on, what then? you cant order another one and the prices have been hiked in the mean time. This is really going to leave a sour taste.
Honestly feels like 'I know you had paid in full months and we've been giving you updates on que position. But they said they can't make it right no soo... Off you ****' really just cancel the order. I know the que for this wasn't huge why not move us? And refund the diffenece as this isn't a case of low availability and it will be here when it gets here you have just said they cannot make it.
Something needs doing about this in all honesty.
Yeah I was on the phone, took me 10 secs to excuse myself and then I got bicycles which took 2 attempts. That's my 5th time being present for 3080FE's but not being fast enough. I did get a 3070 in December though, they stay around a good bit longer.

@Gibbo Is there any news of gigabyte 3080 masters? There hasn't been any releases of the card since Christmas and was wondering why none are being shipped. Have they stopped production of that card or something?

I mean, the "rumoured" 3080ti launch is gonna go terribly for Nvidia's PR, its either gonna be another paper launch, or they're gonna have a ton in stock. If they have a ton in stock well... I can only imagine the uproar from 3080 "orders"
All brands are increasing pricing from both NVIDIA and AMD, just Asus make an announcement about it, facts are last week some brands increased pricing, as of this week all brands have increased pricing and some brands have been increasing pricing more or less every two weeks since launch.

Just ordered a RM1000i PSU elsewhere ready for my 3080, was only slightly more than the 850 model so may as well, lucky been looking all morning then all of a sudden they are coming in stock. Weren't supposed to be due til April i thought.
The only real option will be to downgrade those customers to the AMP HOLO edition when we get some more as currently on that model we only have two back orders and on the EXTREME card we have 9 back orders, so if Zotac ship us 11pc on the AMP HOLO we can clear the back orders and then downgrade all the customers from the Extreme also alongside refuding any difference due, we can do this automatically as I am sure no one would be upset and if they were well they could return the card or just sell it on Ebay for over a grand anyway if they so wished.
Does the same apply for the trinity?
Trinity they are still producing, but as of right now there is no supply of 3080 GPUs for them to make any 3080's at present with.
All board partners are saying next two weeks will be very dry for 3080 shipments to them.
