JUST for asking, what number was you?
That is correct it kicks in when needed.Just got my 3090 iChill X4, all installed and looking great. I just want to clarify, that the 4th fan on the side, only turns on when it is required, i.e. when the MOSFET gets hot? It starts when the PC starts up and then when its loaded the fan stops. Like I said, just a clarification.![]()
I have had a RTX 3070 x3 and now have a RTX 3080 X3, and both have been great quality, with good cooling and (personally speaking) have great aesthetics. The only downside, which isn't much of one is the Inno3d Tuneit software is pretty bare bones, and overclocking for the 3080 is pretty much non existent. But these aren't particularly flaws, more like niggles.Hi All,
I posted a new thread this morning , then i found this thread on Inno3d cards
looking at the GEFORCE RTX 3090 ICHILL FROSTBITE 24GB
I see OC UK had these in stock , went quite quick even with watercooling being niche .
has anyone got one of these ?.
Also anyone got opinions on build quality of Inno3d Cards in general , as they seem to be only supplied by OC UK.
I have a MSI 2080ti which i added a WC block to myself , runs great, but don't fancy trying this with a 3090.
Best regards
Ian.
Yeah, sorry should have elaborated. The issue with the 3080* is that you cant push it past 100% power, unlike the 3070*, which can be pushed to 108-112%.thanks.
regarding overclocking have you tried msi afterburner, it works on all cards not just MSI
After more than a month of owning an inno3d 3070 (x2 oc), gotta say I'm pretty happy. Build looks pretty sturdy. Doesn't go above 75C at 100% load, is a little noisy but completely bearable. I'm still unsure if buying Inno3D was a good idea since compared to Gigabyte, MSI, Asus and other board partners, it has almost no reputation anywhere but considering the price I think I got a really sweet deal. Maybe I'll find out later if I need to regret it or not, but I'm good for now.
I would suggest you don't cancel and wait, for a few reasons.Still waiting since early november at position 43 and hadnt moved for 3 weeks seriously considering canceling now its getting mad .
The miners got them all.I wish Inno3d would get it's finger out and just send some more damn x4 3080 stock. 15 units since launch is a joke!
