Im just looking forward to the day I can finally get an email with my queue number after waiting so long, let alone getting the shipping email whenever that happensI also feel for our warehouse staff who are having to work around all of these pallets which had been dropped in an already overflowing warehouse.
I had a chat with the warehouse manager on Tuesday but we're all waiting for the 'go!'
I believe that we are closing the phone lines tomorrow so that we can catch up on the webnotes...ultimately I'm hoping that will give us the manpower headroom that we need to make a start on the VAT issues.
