I see the price of some Crypto has tanked in the last few days, I wonder if that's why, after having next to nothing for ages, they managed to get 2 lots of 5 3080 Tuf OC in like 2 weeks? Saying that even getting 5 a week is only 20 a month it would still take me nearly 5 months to get my card as I am at place 97, which seems like sniffing distance to me as I started in place 950+. Ahh remember those heady days of November 2020 when they got an delivery of 100 Tuf OC? That'd be good to see again, fingers crossed.

I was hoping to see what was going on but Sarge's posts have been deleted? I have been on this thread since last October and gutted for people still waiting ...its been miles worse than anticipated before christmas. I also feel sorry for punters without the money to splash on high end 30xx/6××× series cards who 'normally' would have benefited from decent used gpu's at reasonable prices flooding the market, but even that ended abruptly 4-5 months ago. Just hope this isn't long term.

This guy isn’t young, he said in a previous post he needs another 3000 card for his family. I doubt he is younger than me and I am only 18 and don’t act like a wannabe like this dude is. He probably wants the card for mining or is gonna re sell it on eBay for scalper prices. Why does this guy even need another 3080? He literally already has one and others have been waiting since day 1 for a GPU

Good job he has been suspended, it was getting annoying him spamming this thread when he already has a 3080 and people in this thread have been waiting since September or October.

I'm fifty seven now and agree totally with the last few posts! wish I could go back and slap some sense into my younger self, could have made life a lot easier for myself! possibly avoided the bad mistakes I made, which I did, happy now though and very contented with life, apart from the lack of a Asus tuf 3080 oc !

Do you even read the thread before you hit reply? You must be aware that MSRP doesnt exist, ever and since component makers are charging a lot more, the AIB`s are charging more to cover that extra cost
