I was referring to silicon/chip shortages getting even worse with the 3080ti getting released soon. Wonder if in many years we'll get to know what really happened. I'm referring to the rumours about selling directly to miners and the like.

Well atleast some GPU's are still trickling through. Gives us a little bit of hope. All we need is Asus to show us a little bit of Strix non OC love ;)

@Gibbo I'm 9th on trinity OC dose that mean I could be soon?
Hope so my 1080Ti is dieing had to underclock it to get it working.
 
Hey, student nurse here on first placement (full time unpaid hours). So the plan was to wait until now to hope my preorder would come in. In the hope my GTX 570 would be in the bin by now, and enjoy some downtime away from the hospital gaming on my newly complete pc. However, I chose the cursed Eagle 3080 OC haha.

Wondering if there is any news on it on cursed model? I have been following the forum since it had 50 pages, very much silent in my presence. But I can see the effort that is being put in by the OC team, and appreciate the level of openness. Is it worthwhile me staying in the queue, gone from 1000+ to 300ish, I can wait, extra months is nothing at this point. But £720 is useful amount of money haha.

Intel fanboi here too, just hope and pray that they have something worth buying in 18 months 2 years time, when I'll need to get rid my my 9900k, always been Nvidia too apart from my retro games machine which has Ati only cuz they made the fastest AGP cards.

Im upgrading from the 9900k its a great CPU but wanted a change xD

Not had a AMD build since 2012 back on the ATI 4850 then 5850 and bulldozer xD
