Inno3D Discussion Thread

Just had a VERY HELPFUL message from Inno3D after contacting their EU team direct, VERY HELPFUL!! They state they won't give information about shipments to the "dealer channel" and I have to contact Overclockers.

I can't thank them enough for being so helpful, because it is so understandable that overclockers would know better than them about the shipping situation and stock levels, of course because it is overclockers that build the card and Inno3D who distribute it, RIGHT?

Oh , they are forever angels in my heart!! Ding dong verily on high

Just keep doing what I have been, spam their facebook posts with how terrible it is that they have only sent 20 3080X4 to OCUK in 6 months.

Look at their page, go back 3+ months and I've commented on every post, lol. I doubt it will do anything but it might, maybe get them to toss a few cards our way.

oh just the note saying RMA's are prioritised
Again I think there's some confusion there. There have been plenty of deliveries with cards missing, deliveries which part of the stock was delayed and even a couple where Gibbo communicated the same quantity twice in error, but I can't remember, or indeed see any indication, that it has happened with Ventus before. There was once when Gibbo accidentally posted up the system allocation and that was removed once the mistake was spotted and I posted an explanation here.

There are also occasions when people query why they don't move forward the expected number of places, unaware that customers waiting for RMA replacements are allocated stock first.

If the same thing keeps happening to the same card/supplier then I'll definitely raise that with the manufacturer, but I have to give (usually) reliable suppliers the benefit of the doubt for a 'first offense'.

The simple fact is, no matter how many times it gets mentioned, there has only been one shipment of 3080 Ventus since mid-December and half of it didn't turn up.

I’ve just had to RMA my Inno3D Twin X2 OC due to black flickering, crashes and artifacting.

Could not get the computer to boot whatsoever and when I did it only lasted for six hours.

And reading the stock situation it’s not looking good for me at all

@JJHughes2000 @uberjuba

I just sent my inno3d twin x2 oc for RMA , I am having the exact same issue.

freezing with black screen, and only sometimes works after a reset , but for 6 hours at most.

I sent it for RMA and I don’t know if the issue is even going to appear unless they test it for 7 hours or similiar to my situation

even if they do find the issue they probably won’t have any stock and reading this I am starting to get very worried

Sorry to hear that, If they they approve your RMA, make sure you ask them about your queue position, when they upgraded 10x x2's to the x3, they didn't consider the people who were waiting on RMA's and who had been automatically placed at the back of the queue by their system, was absolutely chuffed when I found out.

Turns out they tested it and nothing is wrong with the card , no faults...
