Do they have a different name? I mention it because we had a LOT of red tiles on the side of our house that we painted recently. Looks a lot better IMO. Everyone has different tastes though, of course (rendering happening next week):

We painted them in-situ, taking them off would have been a MASSIVE job and the finish is spot-on as it is. We had some local painters do it who have done this quite a few times before and they assure us it won't flake. Time will tell I guess.Sorry to take this off topic slightly, but very nice house!
Did you paint the wall tiles in situ or take them off first? Are you not concerned with the masonry paint flaking? Could do the same with my recent purchase

As you can see from above I have only a very small section which would need doing, so budget would necessitate that I do it myself
Edit : I realise it would probably clash with my roof so would need to do both
