So is everyone going to end up being kicked out of our queues due to this LHR version?
way too many unknown factors to make a decision right now.
What we do know is that we can't manually move thousands of customers from one part to another. Not only will it take days of manual work, as you said, not everybody will want LHR.
Polite note to the wider membership - please don't speculate, please don't start with a barrage of suggestions. It's not going to impact our decision because our decision will be based on what's technically and financially possible for us to do.
In their defence, (MSI's "Trio" incident aside), It's not the AIB's fault that Nvidia is changing the GPU design and telling the AIBs that they'll have to transition to new models because they won't be getting the GPU for the old one.
@Gibbo many thanks for info, when you say divert their attention, do you mean Lhr cards new sku's, thanks for all your efforts - still live in hope!Asus have been one of the stronger partners recently for consistent shipments on 3080's, but also in fairness they are the largest back order problem.
As such the likely hood of us getting another small batch or two in the next 3-6 weeks is quite likely on TUF OC part and maybe some Strix OC. This is no guarantee however it is pure speculation, of course they may have their attention on other products presently also which might divert their attention.

I cannot talk about products that don't exist yet, but you only have to look at press sites and google to get ideas of what others GPU's manufacturer might be diverting their attention too.![]()
Wow! some company(port authority) is making a killing on that then! talk about hitting them(cargo owners) when their down!Maybe they are all on the Ever Given which is still stuck in the Suez while they sort out the damages payment which is currently just shy of $1bn![]()
Out of curiosity, have you shipped more than 700 asus tuf 3080 cards since launch? I was 711 in the queue when i cancelled in November, interested to see if i would have still been waiting now or if my order would have been fulfilled by now.Asus have been one of the stronger partners recently for consistent shipments on 3080's, but also in fairness they are the largest back order problem.

Crazy to think that people could be waiting over a year for a preorder to be fulfilled. I never would have imagined it..."if ever" is becoming a possibility which is looming large![]()
