Snap! Bi-folds should be fitted very soon and new supply was moled most of the way, luckily had clay soil

Yay! Our doors go in tomorrow :D

They had to excavate the verge and across the bottom of the drive to the next pole down. Thankfully they have moled from the verge, across the top of the drive to the new meter cupboard.

Switch over day and overhead cables down tomorrow

I feel somewhat distressed at the sight of pineapple on pizza :(

It was nom ;)

Having one set of doors in living room, then another set in a orangery extension that should have started this month. Having a full re-wire just have old unit and two sockets connected till July, plus all new central heating. Ripped everything out lol.

Nice, looks good.

We're about 2 weeks from completing our kitchen extension / new kitchen - had some serious disruption over the last 10 / 11 weeks but will be with it when we're finished

You will have to send me some finished pictures, the orangey will be open plan into kitchen so will be ripping old kitchen out. Be interesting to see what you have done.

Will do - we've opened up and extended to form a kitchen, dining and snug area. Bifolds and two skylights in the vaulted, full height ceiling. The ceiling is about 5m at the highest point.

Externals should take about another 3/4 days, bifold and second fix electrics tomorrow (as well as the supply swap over). Decorator final coat Saturday. Floor ply / screed early next week then the floor laid. Kitchen delivered the 28th, fitted, quartz worktops templates, but and installed, false chimney breast build / skimmed / painted then we should (hopefully,) be done.

Gone with a mid / slightly dark grey shaker unit and white quartz worktops to the main part then white / very light grey units to the island with contrasting grey quartz worktop. :D

You can tuck the speaker power cable in through the standmount tube surely? Or cable tie them to the back of the tube anyway so they are out of sight :D
Careful with this. You need to ensure the standmount tube is sufficiently insulated to prevent interference from the stand's natural resonance.

I also suggest buying some one way cables to promote the warmest of sounds.

Which reminds me. We bought a mixer tap for the kitchen eight years ago and it has already started to corrode in some areas on its surface.

It wasn't too cheap if I remember also. Paid about £70 or £80 for it at the time.
