Odd display artefacts

Folks, looking for a little advice; completed a build this week with an i9-12900K and I've been using the machine with the Intel iGPU fine this week.

I installed the GPU (3080ti) which arrived today and I'm seeing odd display artefacts like shown in the pics below; its not all all the time but I'm guessing its pointing to something not being right.

I'm sure you would see it in gameplay if it was the psu but strange things happen. Try older gpu drivers, maybe diffrent display cable or port or even look at monitor firmware update.

Thanks mate; I'm actually wondering if it might have been the drivers; I can't remember if I rebooted after installing the GeForce stuff! May just have been that!
