I personally do not know, the same as I do not know how many we have or the US have, but nuclear weapons and the de-nuclearisation is well documented, hence many sites listed how many nukes each country has.
It's not a secret! Nuclear arsenals among the known/acknowledged nuclear powers are openly declared and monitored.

So it’s purely speculation that Russia have more than anyone else? I would say though that if Putin understands that he cannot match the west in conventional warfare (more speculation) he would seek to compensate with nuclear bombs?

if they ever were going to be used the cold war would have been the time, the cccp was a bit mental back then, but even so they never launched, though usa came close during the cuba situation

I think both the US and Russia have enough to destroy the world many times over, so it doesn't really matter who has "more".
