They are in support of Russia in reality. They are pushing for peace talks, which is what Russia is trying to do.

I suspect it will be a veiled threat - simply Putin will ask them to agree to peace talks with a new government or Russia will use the big toys. The UN council members will tell him to retreat from Ukraine and then hold peace talks to agree not to invade again.

It's got nothing to do with Biden pre se. America is in a mess because it's split in two in a way it has never been before. It wouldn't really matter who was in power over there right now because it's a mess and has been since at least Obama finished.

I strongly suspect most of it has been in some way shepherded in these directions by russian influence in foreign governments. It's not exactly a secret that it's happening it's just too much for us to admit there's a problem.
Putin's nuts but this has been the result of some incredible patience and manipulation.
