Pretty amazing that after all the analysis and coverage of Hitler and WW2, we are watching the leader of a global superpower behaving in exactly the same way, both with actions and rhetoric.

And just like WW2 we have all the nations acting like nothing is going to happen beyond the aggression in Ukraine

Not sure if you're aware but Russia is struggling to capture Ukraine, it's embarrassing militarily for them, it's actually insulting to the Wehrmacht who captured France in 3 weeks to compare them to the Russians lol

To be fair, Ukraine had a major nationalist movement post 2014 forced regime change. 1/4 of acting government ministers were from far right political /para military parties (Svoboda and Right Sector). Defence minister under the provisional government was the leader of Right Sector (these people are just bad people). Proshonko embraced far right nationalists but Zelenksy started cleaning it all up. So the rhetoric from Putin is not exactly inccorent, it's just 2 years outdated. There are still issues in Ukraine but Zelenksy was cleaning it up.

He's loopy, no one of right mind is pressing a button for him over Ukraine.

He can barely hold towns across border, hes not going any further and his annihilated army will take years to recover.

This will now go on for weeks and months until he sees enough of a land grab as a victory or internal affairs take over as a bigger problem

Anyone see Sky news ask questions to that Russian defence spokeswomen that women deluded saying Ukraine made up videos LOL?
there's been fake videos though with proof posted on reddit showing the originals.

old combat footage of burned out vehicles with Z added on etc all propaganda

probably not Ukraine doing them but when its the other way around we will happily blame Russian bots etc like they are 100% part of the government

no one cares about the truth as long as it's against Russia, people in this thread have even been saying that.

The west are at least as bad for fake news and pushing it as real anyway

Some really serious firms ditching Russia. Not just stopping temporarily but fully closing.

Even if russian did gaive up and pull out

How much would it cost to repair all the damage that been done in Ukraine and how many years would it take fix/rebuild everything ?

Yeah they didn't blitzkrieg, I'm not sure Germany would manage blitzkrieg either in todays era of information overload, Russia has a lot of faults in this war but they're learning and changing plans to traditional doctrine so it's certainly far from a victory for Ukraine and will likely end up how we all thought it would end
