how did you learn about either of those things if there wasn't factual reporting?

i was looking at these Home | Disasters Emergency Committee (dec.org.uk) but looking further they are middle men or not directly , they then pass on the funds to 14 other agencies who also take a cut.
are there any charities that use most of the donations for these people rather than take cuts and pas it on to others.

Nah that bit about air superiority isn't a quote AFAIK, just that tweeter throwing that in.
Seems more like there is contested airspace, Ukrainian helicopters are clearly at high risk if they try to resupply troops with stingers/NLAWs etc.

Yeah it’s just tribalism mate if you stand outside the tribe they will try and bully you. Bullies are weak so treat them as such.
Various verified Twitter accounts for the SF comments and then the MSM for the filming of troops, which happily show the videos but without them also mentioning that it breaks Article 13 of the GC - thats the lack of "factual" reporting.
It's a polarising topic and people are literally dying out there so emotions do take over at times. If the other person does not engage in an honest conversation then just put them on your ignore list and move on. You're not going to change views here, all you can do is take other's view to enrich your own and share your own view. That's all it is.

Well he was asked to share the sources that changed his views and he instead threw a strop. If the only person you're willing to engage with is someone most of the thread probably has on ignore then you're doing something wrong.
I know you’ve said what the Russians are doing is worse but it’s more than that, the two things are not comparable.
Shelling/missiles/cluster bombing of civilian areas is clearly being conducted under order by the chain of command.
Random Ukraine soldiers or in some cases civilians filming a captured Russian soldier on tik tok is a bit different and harder t prevent. It’ll also be way down on their priority list given that they got the Russian army actively trying to assassinate them.

Releasing film of captured/surrendered soldiers does not, in and of itself, constitute breaking the Geneva Convention. Ironic that you're sharing this misinformation in such a post.
