Putin has some powerful Israeli friends and I'm sure Russia and Israel did a big deal a few years ago. So if any country can have a sensible talk to him it'll hopefully be the Israeli PM.

Perhaps the EU should be extending friendship across the Middle East and Asia, undoing some of the Putin alliances.

In time of war the country needs to pull in behind the current government. After during the time when the current is not under threat you investigate any wrong doing.

It is too risky as there could be saboteurs looking to undermine morale and leaking classified information. It's pretty basic stuff.
