Whilst the article mentions it a few times, there's no evidence to suggest that the Ukrainians will be giving it to the US, such as a quote from an official or similar etc. As it is now Ukrainian property I can't see them giving it (or any of the other bits they've captured) to the US without an agreement done before hand, either for cash or weapons etc.

I'd suggest that Ukraine would very much like to use these bits as a very nice bargaining tool to use against NATO/US with some form of payment being required before anything gets looked at!
It would be a bit of a cheek realy for Zelenski saying to Biden hey you want this that will be 300 million dollars please now wouldnt it?

They have had billions now from Nato so if the CIA want this Zelenski will happliy give it to the, for the main reason that the big wigs in USA will have far more succes in breaching its databases than the Ukranians with everything they have on their plate just now.

Apparently according to Ukrainian presidential adviser Oleksiy Arestovych Russia doesn't have the resources to continue the offensive on most fronts.

If they can't divert more troops and equipment wonder how Putin is going to deal with that - I doubt they will be able to hold the ground they've taken, or the breakaway regions other than Crimea, if Ukraine has time to resupply and go on the offensive in a dominant position.

Always looked like being a war of attrition once Ukraine showed credible resistance, the invading force is always going to lose in this case. They simply can't keep the supply lines and reinforcements up.

Russia were supposed to be out of supplies 2 weeks ago so I'm not sure how accurate this assessment is, it's not like Putin will accept the Russians just holding their hands and walking away from this, he's in too deep now, I wonder how large the Spring draft will be on 1st April given how poor things are going

When Joe Biden was asked if there would a military response if Russia used chemical weapons his answered by saying "We will respond in kind"
isn't responding in kind when you do the same thing back?

yea and fuel, the incinerator vans as well did Ukraine capture one yet?

there's been so much BS coming outta Ukraine. the counter attacks are probably absolute nonsense as well, half the generals etc killed how can you even ID a guy from so far?

seems some of them were true though

I wanna know where all the stuff is everyone sent to ukraine? why do they still need more anti tank weapons etc... are they selling them on the black market or what?

Only when the invading force hasn't mobilised to a full war footing and the defenders have friends - nominally Russia's production capabilities would be out of reach of Ukraine to destroy while Ukraine's would be disrupted by the invasion. Russia is going to have to make a tough decision as to whether they will fully mobilise and possibly make a concerted effort to disrupt supplies to Ukraine which might result in a wider scale war... this situation has kind of turned the tables as Russia can't reach out and impact production in multiple countries supporting Ukraine without WW3.

Maybe they need to have a whip around - one of my acquaintances raised 4.5 million... yes million... in not much more than 24 hours to take supplies to Poland for refugees!

Sure there is some BS and propaganda coming out of Ukraine - but most of that doesn't take 2 seconds of thinking through to logically come up with good answers for...

i.e. it isn't like Russian armour has just given up and left the battlefield... yet...

LOL at this "“And don’t you Poles dare poking in here, even 10 metres. You’ll be hit immediately with the whole might of our Kalibr [cruise missiles]. And with all the might of artillery and aviation"

The butcher of Chechnya, veteran Colonel General Vladimir Shamanov, told Channel 1 that Putin should secure Ukraine' s western border with Poland. The MP and recipient of Russia's highest honour, the Hero of Russia, said: “The time has come for our leadership to say very clearly - these are the borders.

“And don’t you Poles dare poking in here, even 10 metres. You’ll be hit immediately with the whole might of our Kalibr [cruise missiles]. And with all the might of artillery and aviation. This is not a nuclear weapon, but an ordinary one. And then the praised Polish army will run - knees up high - right back to Warsaw.”

The Poles would be defeated “in full” if it sought to interfere with Russia’s military operation in Ukraine, he said. However, as Russian state TV makes bold threats, there are reports that cracks are appearing between Putin and his top generals.

So much froth, why???

Obviously it’s being used to destroy tanks, very effectively. Are you saying this is a hoax for non tank gopniks to get one over on gopniks with tanks??

the total amount of anti tank weapons donated so far must be over 10k easy.
we sent 4,000 + USA 4,600

Ukraine claims to have destroyed around 1,300 vehicles.
so they are killing 1 vehicle for every 10 tries?

NYtimes claims
In less than a week, the United States and NATO have pushed more than 17,000 antitank weapons, including Javelin missiles, over the borders of Poland and Romania,

and they still need more including 6000 from the UK

I've seen at least one video where they shot one at an abandoned tank though, I guess it's easy to waste things when you get them for free
