Don't mess this up!

Under the development agreement signed today, Remedy will develop the games as a single title for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S using its proprietary Northlight game engine. The game's development budget will be financed by Rockstar Games.

I'm not against a retelling of the original stories if they flesh it and the missions out in a way which is faithful to the original. They need to do it right though.

I can't wait for this, a very nice surprise having replayed both games recently and findig how well they hold up. I regard them as true PC classics. I pray Remedy do them justice.

The first two games were fantastic and although I'd rather something other than a remake, I'm still quite happy to indulge in these.

I hope they manage to do it justice.

Yep, just like the movie industry but plenty of indie titles to play.....which isnt metroidvania's (also done to death).

I played max Payne 3 the other day and forgot how good the game was. It’s a shame they’re not doing the trilogy though.

There’s going to be particle effects everywhere as remedy seem to love them lol

I had to get a refund through Steam. I couldn't get it running at all, even with various fixes found on the Steam and 3D Realms forums

I had a quick go too, same. Loads of JPEG errors on load. Works great on my Win 98 laptop though
