Not sure where you can get ketjap manis though. Never heard of it before. Very rich flavour.

Did a chorizo, goats cheese, honey, spring onions in tamari, with toms, salad and a little Cornish sea salt after having similar at the Oyster Catcher in Rhosneigr last week.

Gotta say i was surprised at the price increase. I've not been for a while, but sure it was £25 a head, and then Sunday was £37.

Still good value, but was a surprise.

Still good value, but was a surprise.

To be fair, they kept it £25 a head for a good while. But it has steadily gone up, bit by bit. I would still argue that its really good value. Most tasting menu places charge twice as much.
