We are the blue team and they are the red team, simple as that really.

Ukraine has huge strategic influence in that part of the world as well. We are very much weaker from Russian aggression if they take Ukraine.

TikTok is full of vids ready to explain away those behavioural oddities. The most ludicrous has to be he keeps his arm still (which ever one it is that doesn't swing) when walking not because he may have something wrong with it but because it is standard KGB training to keep your arm there, ready to pull out your otherwise concealed firearm :rolleyes:

Well kinda, I think they're obsessing and blowing up all sorts of minor things (there was one in the mirror today about him visibly shaking but watching the video was a bit of a disappointment vs the headline) but I do think it's credible that he's got some serious health issues.

That's more from the puffy face indicating steroid use, the leaks re: him requiring surgery rather than the hype re: people over analysing video footage.

Yup but if they invaded some country in the middle-east where people are a different colour/religion then even if their own justifications end up being ever so slightly misleading people make up their own justification for it.

The Iraqi people deserved all they got because well Saddam was a bad man << thats usually peoples go to excuse.

Nothing to do with ego - I just don't have much tolerance for people treating the suffering going on in Ukraine as contemptuously as you are for your own amusement or agenda.

Only someone with an agenda would attempt to conflate me not wanting [specific] "peace" talks which have a clear high chance of making the situation worse not better with me not wanting peace talks, there is nothing pro-war about that.

EDIT: There is nothing to answer as I didn't say there shouldn't be peace talks only that for peace talks to be worthwhile both sides need to bring a genuine, believable and reasonable position to the table and Russia by its actions has made that all but impossible.

As an aside I have no hatred for Russia, aside from certain individuals, when I say Russia in a context above I'm generally referring to Putin and Lavrov, etc.
