PIR light

Hi,

Not having much luck with cheap eBay/Amazon generic PIR lights.

Anyone have a particular brand/make they have had for a few years and working?

Just aftee an external 240v LED PIR light with sensor.

I personally rate the Timeguard ones.

Timeguard Timeguard Night Eye Plus Floodlights

the pir and led lights are separate so you can easily replace either one if they fail.

I bought two cheap/generic ones from online and they both died within 18 months. Coming up on 4 years currently on the 30w timeguard version + pir

Yup, I have two sets, the first set I bought the same ones, one of those two is still working.

The other I've gone now through 3 different ones in what seems as as many years.

Went with that thanks, ended up £50 with the sensor and delivery so hope it lasts.

My last one I checked 4th Jan 2022, £10 from eBay. I'm not even going to bother trying to go back on that although technically I could as that's only 8 months...
