The **Now Eating** Thread

A bit of a lazy effort.

Home made cheesy roll, home made burgers, smoked cheese with jalapeno, piccalilli and air fried stuffs.
MY GOD!

Quick minced beef Bulgogi. I've fallen off the last 3 or so weeks with cooking and instead ive been just eating anything low effort and little to no cooking, partly due to being a bit ill but mainly due to a having a load of family drama and saga going on so im trying to ease myself back into cooking normally again.

Beef and stout pie which was HUGE. I finished it all and then got the white chocolate and biscoff cheesecake. :o

I have to say that looks epic, I am presuming your local, very atmospheric.

Nothing worse than an awesome looking pie and then no meat filling. Do you mind me asking where?

This was by far the best supermarket pizza I’ve ever had. It’s a limited edition Sainsburys Salami and chilli honey. Cost me £4. Enjoyed it easily as much as I do a £15 take away pizza.

For a supermarket pizza that actually looks very, very good.

Ran a special today with BBQ octopus, butterbean hummus, butter and lemon confit leek and grilled Turkish pepper. Sold them all but managed to try a bit before service started.

Those eggs are perfectly cooked. I hate crispy edges on overcooked eggs.

I always do them with a deep oil in the pan, swish around as doing and take off the heat when there is just a little snot left.

Crispy edges are nice for sandwiches :)
