Yeah no wonder your heart rate is up and struggling a bit.
I was lucky I only had a fever 2 days and that was in the mornings. I think keeping on top of the paracetamol helped. 2 every 4 hours.
Fingers crossed it'll break soon and you start to feel better.
This is my concern, because I'm still testing positive and its the 8th day I'm hoping the symptoms doesn't come back with a vengeance.
I found this too - my wife tested negative right through, but 4-5 days later I was positive (different brand of tests).I'm only on day 3 or 4
Also worryingly I've done 2 LFT 2 days apart and both were negative but 2 in my family have tested positive and all our symptoms are the same - but we've been using different manufacturers of the LFT

MP claims charity is 'covering up' how Covid jab harms heart
A Tory MP who accused the British Heart Foundation of covering up data on Covid vaccine harms has been told to present his evidence after he made the explosive claims in Parliament.www.dailymail.co.uk
A major British health charity has dismissed claims from a controversial Tory MP that it is 'covering up' data that the Covid mRNA vaccines harm the heart.
Andrew Bridgen, the MP for North West Leicestershire, made the comments in a parliamentary debate on the potential harms of vaccines earlier this month.
He claimed that someone in a 'prominent leadership role' in the British Heart Foundation (BHF) was 'covering up clear data that reveals that the mRNA vaccine increases inflammation of the heart arteries'.
Responding to his comments a health minister said such if he has evidence of such 'conspiracy theories' he should present it.
Mr Bridgen presented no evidence for his claims, other than it being from a 'whistleblower from a very reliable source'.
He also called for an immediate end to the Covid vaccination programme claiming government advisers on vaccine safety were in league with both the pharmaceutical industry and philanthropist Bill Gates.
'Silence on this issue is more contagious than the virus itself,' he said.
New dangerous variants incoming (hopefully not, but I don't like the odds).China going through some pain now.

Doctors describe chaos in hospitals as COVID sweeps across China
Some doctors have spoken exclusively to Sky News to describe how much pressure the health system is under, revealing how emergency departments are "packed" with patients.news.sky.com
Who else wore a mask with others in a car in Dec 2022?So what.
You got in a car with a covid spreader without a mask on.
Mind you when I had Delta symptoms started 2-3 days after my daughter tested positive on a LFT and it took me 4 LFTs, one morning one afternoon before I got a positive. We were all confirmed by PCR too so I wonder how sensitive the LFTs are
This variant bad enough - I'm not particularly young (mid ish 40s) but reasonably fit as I run 3 to 4 times a week and I've been completely wiped out by this
I'm still trying to get my head around why I'm struggling more after my infection in late September, despite having vaccine jabs around Easter/summer/Xmas '21 (my body didn't react well to each of them), compared to my only other known infection in late March '20. I can only presume vaccine wane over ~9 months was a factor. Waking up everyday with a mix of symptoms that feels like a flu/cold hybrid really isn't fun for three months.
Sorry to read you are going through similar issues for longer. I can officially be referred to the long covid support waiting list next week, cod only knows how long it might then take to get help. It's kind of ironic how this year has worked out, given I was more lurgy-free for most of '22 compared to the average year, while my cycling fitness was at its best it's been over the past six years (lots of segment personal bests, even a few top 10s overall)... Now I'm knackered and breathless after carrying a few trays of food shopping delivery in.Awful mate. I experienced a similar thing in early 2020, was off work for almost a year, got diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome last year. Everyday feels like flu but without the fever - now I’ve got Covid on top. Fun times.
If you’ve had it for three months, is the doctor giving any guidance?
Just have to rely on a decent level of vaccinations now...

Half of passengers on China flight to Italy have COVID - as US becomes fifth country to tighten restrictions on Chinese travellers
Beijing's announcement that it will issue ordinary passports and visas means millions of Chinese people could go abroad for next month's Lunar New Year holiday - and concerns that China opening up could lead to a new global spread of COVID are already being realised.news.sky.com

As usual the UK will be too slow to do anything.
Different variant.
A Downing Street spokesperson said the UK was not looking at travel restrictions on visitors from China.
Italy became the first country in Europe to make it obligatory for people arriving from China to be tested for Covid following Beijing moving to reopen its borders.
Italy’s decision to impose testing for all China arrivals comes almost three years after it became the first western country to be hit by the pandemic, which to date has claimed more than 180,000 lives in the country.
“The measure is essential to guarantee the surveillance and identification of any variants of the virus in order to protect the Italian population,” said Orazio Schillaci, the Italian health minister.
The US has announced all travellers from China must provide a negative Covid-19 test to enter the country, joining other nations imposing restrictions because of a surge of infections.
From 5 January, all travellers to the US from China will be required to take a Covid test no more than two days before travel and provide a negative test before boarding their flight. The testing applies to anyone two years and older.
Other countries have taken similar steps in an effort to keep infections from spreading beyond China’s borders. Japan will require a negative Covid-19 test upon arrival for travellers from China, and Malaysia announced new tracking and surveillance measures. India, South Korea and Taiwan are requiring virus tests for visitors from China.
And this is the concern with Covid. Each infection severely degrades the immune system ( it depletes T helper cells ) and people are getting re-infected before the body can recover. It leaves us vulnerable to other infections, developing autoimmuine conditions and malignancy. Worryingly, not dissimilar to HIV in that respect. This is NOT a virus you want to catch every few months.Assuming I don't have any long term consequences from this bout, I'll almost certainly suffer a long term degradation of my health if I get this repeatedly.
Vaccines unfortunately don't seem to have done much more than slightly quicken initial response/clear slightly faster in my family. Most are still testing positive for approx. 1 week as well.
