It's usually due to outdated software in on of the tiers.

It's also annoying when they only have java script for the password box and they disable copy/paste or limit it to 1 character at a time so you have to manually type in the password.

I've started using VaultWarden for work now under Organizations and Collections i.e General/Websites/Servers/Workstations/Users

Working fab! Also doing password vault sharing with colleagues now.

Not using the share/send feature as of yet though!

I'd highly recommend bitwarden for a free one. Never had any issues.

After all the recent lastpass issues, I jumped ship to 1password, so far so good but it's tedious changing a few hundred passwords across sites.

Finally made the switch from Lastpass to Bitwarden today. The latest update to the extension which removed a feature I use everyday (search on input field dropdown) and with my current subscription expiring in a month time was enough to make the switch.

Took all of about 10 minutes and only failed to import one item due to character limit. So far so good

Well yeah that as well, but had paid up for the year and had changed all my passwords so was going to hold out until my subscription expired.

Whats the concensus of Bitwarden Cloud over 1Password? Looking to jump ship from LastPass

I am not confident enough to self-host a Bitwarden instance and Im looking to change to either one.

So Lastpasses latest update basically seems to make some sites with forms unusable as it just sees every input as something it needs to fill. Its also become more bulky and intrusive on pages.

Looking at swapping finally though its been on my mind for weeks.

One of the things that seems "missing" from bitwarden over others is it doesnt have an autofill detection on login boxes? I have to either right click or open the browser extension icon, or is this an option to turn on?

If not it seems a bit of a toss up between 1password, keeper, dashlane and nordpass.

It does have auto fill. Has to be turned on.

Ctrl+Shift+L also works on Bitwarden.
